When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th. Plus, for your convenience you can pay online.

How long is the lease agreement?

The lease is for 12 equal installments beginning August 8th and ending July 25th.

What type of on site security do you provide?

We have on-site security that patrols the property after-hours. In addition, homes have security systems with additional monitoring services available upon request.

What utilities am I responsible for?

The Woodland of Gainesville comes with a furniture package, high speed internet and cable. We also have an all inclusive option, where you can have power and water included as a part of your monthly installment. Contact our leasing office for more details!

Is the clubhouse and other amenities open 24 hours a day?

Yes! We allow our residents full access to all clubhouse amenities 24/7. However management reserves the right to limit this based on resident conduct.

What appliances come with leasing a home?

The following are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker.

Is parking assigned?

No, it is available to everyone on a first come, first serve basis, but parking is free.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! There a $300 fee up front and $25/month. There is no weight limit.
