From now until Mar. 7 if you bring your friends with you to the Woodlands of Gainesville and all of you sign leases on the same day, then ALL of you will get $400 checks instead of $300.

The Woodlands of Gainesville leasing center is opening its doors with a grand opening party on site on Jan. 12 from 12-5 PM! Everyone is encouraged to come and enjoy free food and prizes.
